Refunds and Cancellations:
3PMstore.com works with a variety of partners in India to provide the vast range of products.
Our policies on refunds, exchange and cancellations are dependent on and restricted by the policies of these partners.
- All products shipped carry their original manufacturer's warranty as applicable.If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution for your satisfaction.
- Products can be returned within 14 days in case of defects or functional problems.
- Certain products like mystery t-shirt combo, mystery earphones, mystery keychains, mystery pendrives etc strictly follow a policy of no returns or exchanges.
- Products like lingerie, innerwear, socks, perfumes, deos & food fall automatically under ‘No cancellation/ Returns/ Exchange’ policy.
- Personalised items like photo frames etc cannot be covered under returns, exchanges or cancellations unless the product has arrived damaged.
- Cash on delivery products that demand for a refund must raise a return request first following which the refund is processed to your account solely of the product amount for which it has been purchased for. Delivery charges & COD charges will not be refunded in this amount.
- You will need to send the products back to us to get credit for the amount paid.
- Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.
- Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit/debit card or digital wallet the refund will be credited by to the original card/digital wallet. All exchanges and returns are subjected to the acceptance and approval by the 3PMstore team.
